Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower Automatic Lawn Tractor

we have a troy bilt mower model # 13AT609G766 super bronco automatic v twin power, the steering has recently become extremely hard, does this tractor/mower have power steering fluid or does it take some kind of oil to make the steering easier? Also we would like to obtain a manual. Thanks for any kind of help.
