Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower None
Starting the engine...

The engine will not start. I bought a new battery, but it still will not start. Is it the starter, perhaps, or another problem? I get a "click" sound when I turn the key, but not enough to start. I double checked the battery on my charger, and it is fully charged.
