Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower 17.5 hp riding lawn mower
starting...

I'm having trouble with my mower starting I have to mess with the key to get the starter to engage and once it does it will only turn the motor a half of a turn I've had my starter looked at and theirs nothing wrong with my battery someone told me that its a compresion relief valve and that I could get the valves adjusted is this true
