smoke and oil coming out of the exhaust (muffler and spark arrestor on my 3 year old Troy-Bilt lawn mower. Any suggestions regarding the cause?

0 I already have the manual. I'm looking for ideas about what may cause oil to blow through the muffler. It is a problem with the Briggs and Stratton engine that I am trying to solve. The engine starts with out a problem but begins to blow oil through the muffler within 1 minute. Thank you.
