Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower 13AV60KG011

My mower keeps popping the fuse when I try to start it it won't even turn over all I hear when I turn the ignition on is the DUs popping I have changed the solenoid have changed out the battery and I had changed the ignition switch and it still pops the fuse and it won't even turn over
