0 Sounds like the belt is off.. To put the belt on, I just use the same method as a bicycle chain. Put the belt in the right posistion and use your hand to turn the blades. The belt will usually pull itself on to the pullys. Hope this helps.. I am trying to find a similar solution to putting on the drive belt.
