3 Starter & Battery were checked out-Both OK! If I turn key to start-Nothing(No sound, No cranking)! Sometimes, if I turn key on & simultaneously push "PTO" lever up & down vigorously (short strokes-about 15%), mower starts, (but very infrequently) but peters out if I engage "PTO" fully. It's such a pain to load mower on truck for servicing. I feel it's a minor problem. Any help would be apprecdiated. Thanks Len Yacovou
