I was given a Lowe's Troy-Bilt 21" self-propelled Briggs & Strattmore 675 Series lawnmower but no manual. How do I access it? Thank you, Susan

0 After 2 years of mowing, I realized the inside plastic cover (the cover just above the blade that blocks the grass from getting in the engine) has been somehow ripped off. It was stopping the mower from working so I had to cut it out. Any ideas how to fix/replace the part? I cannot seem to find where to buy the replacement part.
