Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower Pony
my mower is slow...

I replaced all of the belts on my mower and now it only seems to go in 1st gear...I can shift to other gears but the speed is the same. I thought maybe the linkage was incorrect. Thoughts? Thanks!
