Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower 11A-542Q711
mower stalls...

mower stalls after working ~30 minutes. gas is good, air filter looks good, oil checked. Starts when choke is (ARCS) is on but cuts out when choke is off

0 Your carb is dirty and needs rebuilt. You might try pouring a some seafoam in it to see what happens.
