Mower is lurching - looks like there is a problem withy transmission. TRactor is 14 yrs old

0 we have a 13.5 hsp troybilt rider and it runs and will not move we looked at the belt and all are on wish we had a book on belt assembly so we could see if one has jumped off if not a belt what could it be
