0 used mower 3 times and it stopped pulling, repair shop fixed once and replaced right rear wheel. used it two more times and it quit pulling again,

0 I called for a manual and was informed that this is not a model number. The correct number is 12A(letter I)867Q011. It is available on the Troy Bilt website.
