I'm trying to put on the deck belt, having trouble putting the belt on around the pully with a guard at the rear. Need the answer, Thanks

0 The back pulley has a center wheel that slides up and down. You simply slide this up, slide the belt on, and push it back down.

0 Sorry my bad .. thought it was the drive belt you were replacing. You have to remove the pulley.
