Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower 12a-466a711
how to repair self propelled troy built push mower...

how to repair self propelled troy built push mower. cable is attatched and good, but pulley does not turn, there is no belt for this model. when the bar is engaged the cable tightens like it is suppse to but the pulley does not turn unless you turn it by hand Trying to figure out why.
