Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower 13AN779G766
Engine runs but mower doesn't move...

Mover doesn't seem to engage into gear, I have replaced the lower drive belt but it still seems very loose and mower still doesn't move. You can hear a slight change in the engine when put into forward but she doesn't move. Any idea's
