Question About Troy-Bilt Lawn Mower 13WX78KS011
Cannot get to turn over...

I had battery problems last year.Charged most of the year. Tried to start this year after charging, would not turn over, cannot hear any clicks, etc.. Purchased new battery and installed, still have the same problem. Any suggestions?
