0 My wireing shorted out no wireing diagram. How do I bypass interlocks?

0 I tried to remove the balde to sharpen it and all three lock nuts were siezed so the bolts loosened and turn so, I can't get the blade off. I think I needed to remove the impeller plate first, but how do I do that. Do I need a wheel puller? I need a manual. Can I find one? Can't find one on this site. Help? I have a lot of work to do and I don't want to use it with the lock nuts loose.
