Question About Troy-Bilt Chipper 410, 420
pull rope stopped...

Our chipper shredder is new; only been used about 3 times. It hasn't been run in about 2 months. I pulled the starter rope once all the way out, but on my second pull , it hung after about 5 inches. What do I need to do to make it pull all the way out so I can start the motor?
