How do you remove the wheel and tire assembly from the Troybilt chipper model 410? Have taken the plastic cap off and see no way to remoce wheel. There is a hole that looks as if it is intended for mounting a zirt for greasing on the inside but nothing else. I have a flat that has caused the tire to seperate from rim, unable to get it to pop back on bead. Thanks for your time and help. Dave Taylor
