Question About Toro Snow Blower 38185
wont start...

Have a 2 cyle toro snow blower 38185 that will not start Been sitting for 3 years. Took the carb apart and cleaned everything, It will start and run with starting fluid but it seems to not be getting fuel New fuel, plug. How does the fuel get from the carb into the cylinder? are there reeds is this engine...????
