Toro 924 power shift. I replaced both belts and the impeller cable because it wasn't throwing snow. Now when back together or even with the pully bracket completely removed the traction remains engaged. I can only stop the wheel if I put trans. Into neutral. I can't figure out what I may have inadvertently screwed up to cause this.
