Question About Toro Snow Blower ccr3650
The recoil starter handle slipped out of my finger...

The recoil starter handle slipped out of my fingers when starting. Now only occassionally does the recoil starter engage. Most of the time it just pulls all the way out without resistance. Is this something that I can repair easily?
