neighbor pulled out pull cord need to replace and put a new on on don't know where to start #38120 #0588137

0 You'll have to remove plastic cover on top and bottom to get to the side of engine, probably gas tank too, remove side nit on engine to get to recoil, remove recoil and thread new rope into it, sounds hard but not bad. Remember to rewind recoil so as to have tension to rewind rope,,good luck
