0 friend has a 824 had been sitting for awhile.Ran it once last yr said it would only run on full choke. Today I cleaned carb and adjusted mixture.runs on half choke now, can't turn choke completely off or it will stall. I noticed it doesnt have an air filter. Brother says his craftsman runs the same way. what gives??
