Question About Toro Snow Blower 9900407
looking for owner's, work and parts manual for TORO Power Shift 1028 , build year 1999...

Purchased used Toro Power Shift 1028 snow blower. 10 hp Tecumseh w/tires(not tracks). I prefer the paper manuals. I suspect belts and spark plug are wrong. Money is tight, so aftermarket power rated belts are preferred. ANY ASSISTANCE IS MUCH APPRECIATED. Thank you, Mike
