I have a toro 7/24 snow blower mod 38050 I had to replace the fuel line and disconnected the governor form the recoil housing. I let the gov assy hang to the side ad it became undone from the carb. io did not note the location of the control levers. I need a break down of the Carb gov assy the rods do not want to go back to where they belong . Can you help? Please
