Question About Toro Snow Blower None
electric starter...

my elec starter won't turn over. Itook it apart and cleaned the brushes. Then tried to start it, it cranked over and stopped. I can pull start it;but when the snow flies and we get sub zero weather it starts like a bear. Do I need a starter or is it something mechanical. Thanks, Peter
