broken starting snowblower rope...

Can someone tell me how to install a new starting rope, when I pulled the rope to start the snowblower it broke.

1 Well, first big snow of the year and my rope broke too. Have you ever figured out how to replace. I'm buying the part today. I noticed there was no manual uploaded, so I am uploading it but it has no information on replacing the pull rope.
