Question About Toro Snow Blower None
2nd hand snow blower...

no gas flow from tank to carburetor. Depressing primer bulb not working. primer bulb is mounted as part of toro cover. Would like copy of manual to see how primer is supposed to work, before I start to dismantle hardware around engine. Thanks Alex
