Question About Toro Lawn Mower LX420, LX460
riding lawn won't turn to the left the steering wheel seems to slip...

when trying to turn to the left the steering wheel turns then seems to slip all bolts are tight but the rod going to the tire seems to be loos but bolts are tight

0 I have a Toro LX 426 Lawn tractor...the mower will not go forward or in reverse... there seems to be a problem with he shift lever mechanism and or the drive pedal mechanism.. is htere a way that I can check and repair it myself? sort of reminds me when the chain used to slip off of my bicycle as a kid...
