Question About Toro Lawn Mower j1940
I have a Toro Recycler 22", this is the second one...

I have a Toro Recycler 22", this is the second one in just about one year, the first one ran great once, then I had to pull the plug and clean it everytime, I took it back and Home Depot gave me a new one, it has worked great until 3 days ago, now it wont start at all, I thought Toro was a brand we could trust, whats up.
