Question About Toro Lawn Mower 20017
I am replacing a traction control cable for a 2003...

I am replacing a traction control cable for a 2003 toro, model #20017. The process is simplistic, except the new cable, installed, won't give traction to the belt. The new cable is the same length as the old. Am I misunderstanding something here???
