0 3/4 Qt or 0.7liters) SAE 30 A.P.I. Service SC,SD,SE,SF. From 724-Z manual - also says "Changing the oil in hydrostatic transmissions is not recommended except for major service. Charles from Australia.

0 Hey...when you take apart the transmission, is it the position of the gear-shaft side that determines the direction? I took my (left side) one apart, changed the leaking seals, and put it back together.....NO Leaks, but it back together...but forward is now reverse........ Rick..from Michigan

0 Yes the direction is determined by the position of the gear side. Rotate it 180 degrees to reverse the direction.
