0 To convert from a blower to a vacuum, you remove the blower tube by pressing in on (2) tabs, that is where the vacuum bag with a round plastic collar slides on and snaps into place just like the tube. Then, at the base of the motor, there is a plastic disk with a red slide. Press the slide and then rotate the disk and it comes off the motor. Then you assemble the vacuum tube that has a handle and (2) tabs to the motor base. The handle lines up opposite the bag and the (2) tabs fit into (2) notches on the motor housing and then you rotate the vacuum tube to lock it in place.
