Has electric start, Snapper snow blower has been sitting for many years, used 2 times. I can not get motor to start. I pulled plug & put a shot of wd 40 in cylinder. The fuel line is open. Are there fuel lines that go to the carb that may have broken down from sitting with fuel in them? If is there a service / parts manual for the engine?
