0 Have a Tecumseh OHV 17.5 rider mower. Have replaced air filter and spark plug. Engine starts and runs with choke almost full on, when I reduce it to running level, it back fires and quits.

0 Carb needs taken apart and cleaned and rebuilt with a overhaul kit.
