I have Tecumseh115350157E on a Troy Built or Garden Way Wheeled weed eater and would also like to know how the govenor to carburetor linkage should go, There is a rod and a spring and a rod on the govenor arm. Where do they hook to the carb? Thank you Jim Morlock
