I have a Tasco Luminova telescope 40060578 and can...

I have a Tasco Luminova telescope 40060578 and cannot figure out how to work it. Can you please help me download the instruction manual? I have set it up but cannot see anything. I have tried all of the lenses and have taken off all of the lens covers. I'm not even sure if I have it set up properly. Please help! Thank you
