i can't start my stihl fs38 grass trimmer. It's ...

i can't start my stihl fs38 grass trimmer. It's fairly new. It ran ok last week, but this week after putting new gas in it with the propper mix ratio, it will not start. I've taken out and cleaned the muffler and the air filters..all good. lots of gas in the air filter. Gas might be 6 months old if that makes a difference.

0 My sympathy, I have just fitted a new ignition coil, it stopped sparking after 6 years service. But engine wont start, have checked fuel supply, exhaust system, new fuel mix, & coil sparks OK. Cleaned inside of carburettor, but need correct assembly instructions, I can see no adjustment for ignition timing. I just want it to burst into life, is this too much to ask ?
