0 bars range from 16 inches and up mine has a 20 inch bar on it, make sure you get a bar and chain that is specifically for your saw.

0 In the process of rebuilding an MS290 chainsaw, and didn't take as many pictures as I thought during the disassembly. Thanks so much for the repair manual to confirm a few things, and for future reference.
