Hello. I have this particular push mower and am having trouble with the pull cord. When I try to start it sometimes the cord is fairly easy to pull but most of the time it yanks quickly back & pulls my arm with it. It doesn't start at the present time. I am trying to find an owner's manual to look at a diagram of the inside of the mower but have had no luck. Thank you.
