0 Removed starter, turns manually. Ign. key turned on to crank...clicks, voltage at battery side of solenoid (12V) but not at starter side (0Volts)of solenoid. Battery is fully charged and reading 13.2 volts at rest. Starter is grounded to the engine w/ jumper cables. I would say it was the solenoid but need to know about other safety items as in pedals, seat, backup with the blades cutting...wiring that will keep this from starting. This is not my tractor and there is no manual available. Thanks for your help, Marc
