my deflector on my snapper 95288e is stuck in the down position. the remote deflector control lever works but the cable /wire just bunches-up at the underside of the lever: no tension. i am trying to figure out the best way to take this apart and reset the tension. it seems to me the best way is from the actual deflector but am not sure of the best way to do this without breaking something
