I have a snapper snowblower model I4220 - is this ...

I have a snapper snowblower model I4220 - is this the correct manual for it and does this manual cover all engine repairs as well as the snowblower repairs? The engine is a Tecumseh HS40 model and I need to perform a valve service on it. Thanks.
