Question About Snapper Snow Blower 824
Auger isn't turning to throw the snow...

The snowblower starts no problem. There is no problem with the speed or anything but the auger won't turn when the handle is pushed down.

1 had same problem with mine. First time it was the idler pulley out of adjustment. Second time had problem with ice building up in the secondary auger, and when you let it sit in the cold it would freeze and the auger would not move causing the belt to be broken because the pulley would turn and not the auger
