why does my SNAPPER RIDER # 265xs the left rear tire LOCKS UP! LEFT meaning I I am sitting on the mower. I can stand it on its butt & both rear tires will turn so easy. Maybe a chain is loose or something else has broken. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP ! THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE ! B.C.
