snapper M281019BE does not move fwd. I replaced the drive disc with new one. the chain case will move to the reverse position and back to netural smoothly but when i try to put it in fwd. it does not slide in that direction there are no burrs on the octagon shaft and i have cleaned and removed the rubber boots to inspect shaft.
