Snapper 725 EX Briggs & Stratton 190 cc won't thro...

Snapper 725 EX Briggs & Stratton 190 cc won't throw the grass back into the bag. It puts it out the bottom and we have to rake. It was fine last year (our first year with it). We got a new blade, but that hasn't helped
