Question About Snapper Lawn Mower 1690464
snapper 30" rider clutch/brake...

Older traditional Snapper rider 30" cut 11HP Brake arm fell down and lodged behind clutch stopping the mower and "Locking " the wheels.. Removed clutch **** arm came our . Mower now rolls ok , but wher does tis bracket go and how is it attached
