My 2006 Snapper ZTR 50" lawn mower right arm is not working very well. I have changes the hyd. oil and filter, but it doesn't help. I can barely make it go up a hill. Left arm seems to be working ok but it get slower the longer I mow. What can be the problem and how can I FIX IT. Thanks
